Hey man, i was in the same boat about a year ago. Me and my then boyfriend did a bunch of sexual stuff and had premarital sex. It weighed on my heart and we had a convo about it. We failed a couple times but we ultimately ended the sexual stuff and stayed together. Now without lust we are better than we have ever been. Been almost a year ish since we have had sex.

It was tough and honestly is a huge temptation but we got past it somehow. When we hangout we simply have fun together, and replaced times of sex with bible studies or deep conversations. It has fixed jealousy between us and we barley ever argue. I pray that your girlfriend has a change of heart and i’m glad God has put it on your heart to put sexual immorality in the past. Praying for you guys!

Your relationship is with Jesus. They have no say in that. You can honor your parents by putting up boundaries, and this could be just not sharing everything about your walk with Jesus, and let your transformation speak for you.

Appreciate you taking the time to share. My thoughts are: Better to leave California and live off less. Part of the problem here is you’re saying California is unaffordable and you need the money to live where you’re at. Better to live in Iowa then work for a porn company. Have you talked to your pastor/Father/elders?
